Yes, a new facelift for OVScan / ScanOhioValley in 2010. Since visitors to previous versions of this site rarely if ever participated in the message boards, I decided to do away with message boards altogether.
Instead I’ll use this site to provide useful links to the monitoring enthusiast as well as information I come across that may be of interest to those scanner listeners in the Upper Ohio Valley.
This site is mainly intended for me. If someone else benefits from it or enjoys what it has to offer, that’s just icing on the cake.
